What your conference ticket includes

 In-person tickets

  • Access to the conference venue for the day/s that you have booked.
  • Access to the proffered paper presentations during the breaks of both days of the conference.
  • Access to the in-person sponsors and exhibitors.
  • Access to all four streams (radiology, oncology, trainee and joint faculty workshops) and the plenary lectures. Delegates will be asked to indicate their preferences regarding which streams/sessions they are keen to attend at the registration stage. In-person delegates will be able to move between rooms on the days of the conference, however numbers will be limited for some sessions (mostly joint faculty workshop sessions), with entrance on a first-come, first-served basis. To avoid disappointment, please be mindful about registering your preferences at the outset so RCR learning staff can monitor and manage demand. Please note that delegates planning to attend the lung contouring session on Thursday 13 October, 15:00-18:00 need to bring their own laptop and power cable to take part.
  • Access to the virtual delegate pack, which will be hosted on CrowdComms. This will include the programme, ePosters, sponsor information, audience polling and virtual networking. Access to this will be given in the two weeks leading up to the conference.
  • Hot fork lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
  • Drinks reception on the Thursday evening.
  • Access to the recordings of the lectures (please note that not all lectures will be recorded) on the CrowdComms platform for 30 days after the conference ends.

Online tickets

  • Access to the virtual conference platform, hosted by CrowdComms, for the day/s that you have booked.

Delegates should however note that one session from the fourth stream (joint faculty workshops) - the 'Abscess and biliary drainage workshop' on Thursday 13 October at 10:00-11:15 will not be available to view online. And the lung contouring session taking place on Thursday 13 October as part of the oncology stream will not be interactive for virtual delegates; the session will be for observation only. Delegates will be able to move between streams as they wish.
  • Access to the virtual delegate pack, which will be hosted on CrowdComms. This will include the programme, ePosters, sponsor information, audience polling and virtual networking. Access to this will be given in the two weeks leading up to the conference.
  • Access to the recordings of the lectures (please note that not all lectures will be recorded) on the CrowdComms platform for 30 days after the conference ends.
